5:15 Pima Cultural Plan Review: process description
• Eight small groups: one for each Chapter Topic
• There will be two 40 minute rounds of review: each participant will be able to attend 2 chapter topic small groups.
• Group discussion will focus on Report Recommendations:
o Review just the Chapter Topic for your table
o Focus mostly on the specific, numbered recommendations.
o What is missing and needs to be added?
o What won’t work?
o Make additions/corrections to the sections for implementation: lead, partners, resources, timing, models – for each recommendation.
o Identify the most important recommendations
• “Report outs” will occur after both rounds of discussion.
5:25 First round of Chapter Topic discussions begins
• 35 minutes of discussion to address above questions
• 5 minutes to prepare report to large group
